Phillips Plumbing & Mechanical, Inc. is committed to continuous improvement in safety, productiveness, and quality. It is Phillips Plumbing & Mechanical’s intent to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. This includes the federal Occupational Safety and Health Act, regulations and standards issued by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, state and local laws. Beyond complying with the law, Phillips Plumbing & Mechanical employs full time Certified Safety Proffessionals. Also strives to implement a safety and health program that reduces or eliminates workplace injuries and illnesses.
With hard work and continual safety training, we have been awarded a Cost Containment Certificate from the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment. Along with our insurance carrier and our own library of safety test and videos, our training is continually updated with our employees. We instruct our employees that safety is a responsibility assumed by everyone on the job.

     ~Weekly job site safety inspections
     ~Keep job site work areas clean, organized and running according to company safety policies

     ~Project Managers have completed the OSHA 10-30 Hour Outreach Training Program

     ~Confined Space Training
     ~Aerial Lift Certification
